EXEL FIL, S.A., aims to continuously improve the quality and performance of its products, satisfying the expectations of each customer, thus ensuring their trust and the long-term success of the company.EXEL FIL’s Mission is to build value every day so that customers, our team, and shareholders can develop their full potential.<\/p>\n\n

Our Vision is that earning the trust of our customers makes us better.<\/p>\n\n

Therefore, it establishes, declares, and assumes the following principles:1. The final quality of the product is the result of planned and systematic actions of prevention, correction, and continuous improvement throughout the production cycle with the will and motivation of all departments.<\/p>\n\n

2. Contractual requirements are the sole criterion for establishing the quality standard of our products.<\/p>\n\n

3. Quality requirements, contractual requirements, and legal requirements must be correctly and objectively specified in the customer’s files and in each order. This documentation will be included in all Manufacturing Orders for that customer to guarantee their requirements.<\/p>\n\n

4. Quality is a common cause for all areas of the Company; each area must assume that it is a customer and supplier of other departments and people in the Company.<\/p>\n\n

5. Absolute honesty with customers, perseverance, and rigor.<\/p>\n\n
