Today we want to dedicate this space to a very special person for the entire Exel Fil team: Jaume Coma, who, after 30 years of impeccable career, is retiring leaving an indelible mark on the company and in our hearts.
In 1994, Jaume began his journey at Exel Fil. At that time, the company was very different from what we know today. There were no modern facilities or the current work team. But there was Jaume, willing to build everything from scratch, with patience, tireless effort and a dedication that only someone with his level of commitment could offer.
Throughout these three decades, Jaume has taught us something that no instruction book can explain: how to be a true professional. His ingenuity, knowledge and passion for wire drawing transformed the day-to-day of Exel Fil, turning every challenge into an opportunity to grow and learn.
As a leader, he has guided us with his example, always willing to share his experience, to listen and to seek solutions. Thanks to him we have learned that the important things in life, both personally and professionally, are not only learned in books, manuals or prestigious business schools, but with effort and perseverance, everything is possible.
Jaume not only leaves a legacy in the form of factories and machines working perfectly, but also in the values he has transmitted to us: the value of work well done, the importance of taking care of the team and the enthusiasm to continue improving every day.
For those of us who have had the privilege of working by his side, Jaume has not only been a colleague, but a teacher, a guide and, above all, a generous and kind person. His humility and dedication have made Exel Fil not only a company, but a great family.

Your retirement marks the closing of a chapter, but the impact of your work and your values will remain alive in every corner of this company that you helped build.
